1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain a lunatogel Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Lunatogel strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request proof of age during the KYC process.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not have an existing lunatogel Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from lunatogel or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and not gambling to recover financial losses or debts.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Lunatogel reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Standard documentation requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian residents, or a valid passport).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months where applicable.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) linked to your Account.
• A clear selfie photograph or additional verification as requested by our compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and approved. Lunatogel aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 15–60 minutes during operational hours, though complex cases may take longer.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions are conducted in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless otherwise specified. The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, credit/debit cards, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotion terms.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Lunatogel does not charge internal deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges independently.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at current market rates and are subject to applicable network confirmation times.

Withdrawals:

• All active wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Expected processing times: e-wallets under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank transfers 15–60 minutes. Times may vary during peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance.
• The withdrawal destination must be registered in the Account holder's own name and match the payment method used for the originating deposit where applicable.
• Lunatogel reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests of MYR 5,000 or more.
• Withdrawal limits, where applicable, are set out in the relevant promotion terms or as communicated by our support team.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Lunatogel offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and migration incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer and the general conditions set out herein.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement prior to withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in the promotion terms. Failing to meet the requirement within the bonus expiry window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is typically between MYR 25 and MYR 50. Placing bets exceeding this cap may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots generally contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Table games such as blackjack and baccarat typically contribute 10–20%. Specific rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire after the period specified in the individual promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, if applicable, will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: Lunatogel reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes the use of automated betting strategies or the creation of multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on lunatogel are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game category or sports market. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules before participation. General principles include:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. Lunatogel does not offer cancellations or amendments after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at lunatogel's discretion where data integrity cannot be assured.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes, lunatogel reserves the right to void the affected wager and return stakes to the Player's Account.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) bets require all selected outcomes to be correct for a winning payout. A void selection within a parlay may reduce the number of selections; payout adjustment will follow the standard parlay rules applicable to the remaining selections.
• Sports markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events are subject to individual market rules as displayed on the relevant betting page.
• All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot machines, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are statistically random and independent of previous outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Opening more than one Account on the lunatogel platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or Account credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical glitches for financial advantage.
• Deploying automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting schemes, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine risk.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using the Platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of lunatogel's systems, databases, or infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lunatogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of lunatogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any Platform software.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lunatogel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, network failures, hardware malfunctions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Any reliance on content, odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform.
• Actions of third-party payment processors or banking institutions, including delays or failed transactions outside lunatogel's control.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted through the Platform.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Lunatogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account with or without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Player's conduct is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period via our responsible gambling tools.
• Lunatogel is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.

Upon voluntary Account closure, any real-money balance (less any pending withdrawals or contested amounts) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and all other applicable conditions. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12. Responsible Gambling

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
